Te Puna (Yr1/2) in 2006 planned, developed and created this vegetable garden as part of there Inquiry Learning unit. The school now has a plenty of fresh vegetables.
The ‘Shade House’ project continues this year with propagation of native plants. This year the school hopes to kick start Project Rata. Students will be using their prior knowledge from last year to get as many rata seedlings growing as possible.
