8:00am – 9:10am Students bringing exhibits made at home into class for judging
8:00am – 9:30am Setting up displays in rooms – Classroom judging will take place at 9.30am
9:30am Classroom judging takes place
9:30am Horses judging…
10:00am Stalls open – Tea/coffee/cake, face painting, snowcones, drinks, ice block
10:00am approx Grand Parade followed by:
Calves
Lambs
Goats
General Pets – From feathered to slimy
Dogs – Junior Class Yr1-4 then Senior Class Yr 5-8
Dress up as an animal – prize presented after Pet Judging
11:00am Hot food stalls open – chips, mutton sandwiches/pita bread, BBQ sausages,Curry etc
12:00pm Activity stalls open – Coconut Shy/White Elephant/ Pony rides/Lucky Dip/Bouncy Castle
12pm-12:45pm Classrooms open for viewing (Teachers remain in class while classrooms are open)
12:30pm approx Fun games for both adults/children: 3 legged races/sack races/potato & spoon/ tug of war
1:00pm Buckets Up Raffle drawn
2:00pm Finishing up
CLASSROOM EXHIBITS NOT TO BE EATEN/UPLIFTED from class BEFORE 2:00pm PLEASE
